Team Henry was awarded contract to Renovate Administration Building and to provide new Roofing for Maintenance Shop. Work included but was not limited to selective demolition of specific interior elements, new restrooms, the renovation of an existing shop bay area for use as an a/office area, remove/ replace overhead door, install new plumbing, new plumbing fixtures, stud walls, metal siding, insulation & gypsum board, acoustical tile ceiling, metal doors, cabinets &several floor finishes, new lighting and receptacles, modifications to the existing HVAC system, and new bathroom exhaust.

Maintenance Shop Roof Repairs: Demolition & removal of bituminous low-sloped roofing system,
and wood shake roofing system at the visitor’s center, and a standing seam roof system at the maintenance sign building. Installed single-ply roofing systems metal gutters and downspouts, and a standing seam metal roof replacing the wood shake steep sloped roof system at the visitor’s center.
