Convert a historic bank lobby into a 15,000 sq. ft. commercial kitchen and restaurant shell. Generally speaking, the scope consisted of a new main electric service; installation of a large commercial cooling tower and water source heat pump; installation of new industrial exhaust ducts inside an abandoned seven story elevator shaft to the roof; new kitchen plumbing rough-in; replacement of a historic art deco revolving door with a custom cast historic replica; and a new storefront entry.
