Team Henry has an ongoing relationship with Virginia Credit Union that includes constructing multiple new retail banking locations.

Projects to date include first-generation tenant improvements and renovations to change building use from retail to financial office space; however, multiple ground-up construction projects are in the preconstruction phase of delivery.

The typical project includes:

• gutting an existing commercial space down to a cold, dark shell

• installing all-new custom MEP systems, Class-A finishes, high-security spaces, ATM Machines, Glass Partitions, and Custom Casework.

The unique challenge to these projects has always been the construction schedule that typically runs 10 weeks from permit to turnover.
