JP Morgan Chase
Multiple locations
In recent years, Team Henry has completed multiple retail banking locations for JP Morgan Chase throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Projects generally consist of converting a preexisting retail banking establishment operated by a competitor to a new JP Morgan Chase branch. Projects include extensive interior demolition, including the demolition of highly secure bank vaults, doors, safety deposit boxes, partial or complete exterior façade, and drive-thru demolition.
In most cases, these projects also include reconstruction or expansion of existing parking, landscaping, and ADA access points. Interior construction includes new electrical services, security systems, high-efficiency custom HVAC systems, plumbing, and state-of-the-art energy management systems to achieve "green building" standards. Finishes are always top-of-the-line, including stone flooring, glass walls, wood paneling, and custom casework.
Much of the construction incorporates high-security features such as bullet-proof glazing, drywall, doors, automatic high-security shutters, gates, and screens. The typical project duration for one of these projects is 17 weeks from start to finish.
