Nestled into the sloping landscape of the "Triangle of Grass," which sits within the UNESCO World Heritage Site boundary of the University of Virginia's (UVA) grounds, the Memorial to Enslaved Laborers seeks to formally acknowledge the work and the individual lives of the enslaved African Americans who built and sustained the every-day life of the University.

The renovation of Tilt Creative + Production's Richmond, Virginia office involved a comprehensive transformation of a historic 150-year-old building to accommodate modern hybrid work environments.

This renovation not only revitalized a historic structure but also created a functional, modern workspace that reflects Team Henry's commitment to honoring the past while embracing contemporary work spaces.

Team Henry is currently engaged in the construction of a 175,000 square foot academic building for Virginia State University on a joint venture basis with Skanska. The project includes the demolition of multiple existing structures, a complete overhaul of the project site, and ground-up construction of a new state-of-the-art academic facility that will include more than 40 high-tech classrooms, 110 faculty offices, a gymnasium, swimming pool, and theater, among many other amenities.

Team Henry was awarded a contract from SKANSKA USA to provide a turn key building addition for the University of Virginia's Hospital expansion project. The new construction for the hospital expansion project is approximately 425,000 square feet, with an associated renovation portion of roughly 95,000 square feet.
