Team Henry is currently engaged in the construction of a 175,000 square foot academic building for Virginia State University on a joint venture basis with Skanska. The project includes the demolition of multiple existing structures, a complete overhaul of the project site, and ground-up construction of a new state-of-the-art academic facility that will include more than 40 high-tech classrooms, 110 faculty offices, a gymnasium, swimming pool, and theater, among many other amenities.

Work on the project began in 2023 with a two-year completion schedule.
