  • the complete interior demolition of existing medical office space

  • installation of new structural steel to facilitate large openings in masonry walls

  • saw cutting and removing large sections of existing masonry walls and a large amount of concrete for new plumbing

  • raising the slab level of approximately 1/3 of the building to adjoin with the adjacent slab for ADA purposes

  • construction of a new waiting room

  • new bathrooms

  • a new nursing station
