Team Henry was selected as the general contractor to lead the conversion of an outdated office building in Scott's Addition (Richmond, VA) to the new Class-A corporate headquarters of a leading regional financial services firm.

The project began with significant environmental remediation, including asbestos abatement and removing a 50-year-old boiler and radiator system. The interior and exterior of the building were upgraded to include a new custom EIFS finish, new windows, and a new energy-efficient roofing system with skylights. New gas-fired, tankless hot water systems replaced the antique boiler system.
